   Commercial Carts would like to offer our shopping cart maintenance services to your stores. At the moment, we are current serving Winn-Dixie and Bravo stores. Some of the services that we provide are shopping cart and backroom equipment cleaning and repair, cart corral installation and repair, sidewalk and window cleaning, gatekeeper wheel installation and reconditioning, we also pickup and deliver shopping carts.    Although it seems to be a spreading trend, I have noticed it more frequently at your Jordan Plaza location, friendly attitude. Not only are your personnel friendly and courteous, but it is not uncommon, when customer level is low, that your personnel will not only provide information on location of items, but on a number of occasions, staff has told me to wait while they went to retrieve the item in question.

   Maybe this attitude of friendliness is due to the current faltering economic situation and employees are concerned about job security, but throughout Clinton, there has been a marked improvement in the way business staff treats the customers. Let us pray that it continues on, even after a new administration begins to bring the economy back into focus.
